a new year, a new decade

And with the new year comes New Years resolutions! This year I am fully committed to honoring my list of resolutions, instead of resigning it as a to do list for the first week of January.

I believe the key part in succeeding this year is not to look at these resolutions as a list of tasks but as a lifestyle change, or a transformation.

Therefore, I resolve to treat my bodymind well, to begin de-cluttering unnecessary junk from my life, to practice holistic health methods, and to allow myself to be happy. That means no focusing on the "bad" in life, only on those aspects that make me feel blessed.

I just want to be happy and healthy, and this year, nothing will stop me!
